Super high in protein and low carb/low sugar. You can add fruit, granola, honey, cinnamon, etc! (this yogurt also works as a great substitute when cooking/baking) --- Lunch: SO YUMMY! Taco pie ... (serving feeds about 4 adults) what you need: * FYI, THESE ARE CORRECT MEASUREMENTS... I misspoke in the actual video lol ;) --- 1 package of refrigerated crescent rolls, 1 pound of ground beef, chicken, or turkey, 1 packet of low sodium taco seasoning, 1 cup of shredded cheese, 1/2 cup of plain greek yogurt or lite sour cream, 1 can of drained diced tomatoes, mini can of black olives sliced, 1/2 - ish bag of shredded lettuce, Non-stick spray. -- OPTIONAL: you could also add either hot sauce, cilantro, jalapeños, onion, sliced tomatoes, avocado or guacamole, etc!! ENJOY!! :)
